Tim Novak

Tim Novak has over 35years experience, speaking, leading, and coaching individuals and teams in areas of business, community leadership, and sales team development. He started his own business at the age of 22, and quickly became one of the highest performing individuals in the organization, which ultimately led to a 38year career with one of today’s largest U.S. Franchisors. As head of Sales Operations, he led the training and coaching for over 1700 franchisees. He transitioned into full time speaking, coaching, and development training, as an Executive Programs Facilitator in 2018.
Tim is a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach & Faculty member who teaches the Maxwell Method of Speaking, Selling, Coaching, and Speaking. He’s also a certified consultant in the Maxwell Method of DISC, and Emotional Intelligent EQ-i, and EQ-i 360.
