Excitement is brewing in Austin, Texas, as the Longhorns have been selected to host the First and Second Rounds of the 2024 NCAA Volleyball Championship at Gregory Gymnasium! This fantastic news, announced on December 1, has both players and fans thrilled for what’s to come.

The Longhorns, boasting a solid record of 18 wins and 6 losses, are set to take on Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Thursday, December 5, kicking off the action at 6:30 p.m. CT. Following that, volleyball fans will also have the chance to enjoy a matchup between UT Arlington and USC, which starts at 4 p.m. CT.
But wait, there’s more! The excitement doesn’t stop there. The winners from both matches on Thursday will clash again on Friday, December 6, during a thrilling showdown set for 6:30 p.m. CT. Be prepared for some nail-biting moments as teams compete for a chance to advance!
Get Ready for a Volleying Good Time
The first and second rounds of the championship will be held from December 5 to December 7, leading up to the Regionals from December 12 to December 15. If you’re a fan of intense competition, you won’t want to miss the National Semifinals scheduled for December 19 and the National Championship, which is set for December 22 at 2 p.m. CT and will be broadcast on ABC!
